Funny Korean 3

When I was asked about my education, I answered them that I majored English Language and Literature at Sejong University, and studied linguistics more than literature. And that was true – even my graduation thesis was on linguistics.

There is a Korean lady in Winnipeg whom I’ve never met actually. I just know some people that she knows. That is because the Korean community in Winnipeg is so small. That is all.

One day some of my friend told me that the lady was talking about me to everybody she meets.

“That guy says that he studied at a University. But he’s lying. He has never been at a University. I have proof. My younger brother in Korea actually went to Sejong University and found out that there is no such major he mentioned he studied in the University. I let my brother go and check it.”

If you visit here, then you can see ‘English Language and Literature’ under College of Liberal Arts.

One thing I cannot understand is why she’s doing that? We’ve never met, and we have no connection to each other. Why does she hate someone she didn’t even meet before?
