Welcome to Cyber Canada

The Korean government made a new law named Real Name Act which forces the Internet sites having more than 100,000 visitors a day to reveal all the real name of its users.

The government wants to know who says against them.

Anyway, youtube also has to follow this act to do business in Korea. But Google Korea decided not to follow the law and they gave up the business in Korea.

They refused the real name act and they blocked all the users to post videos or comments whose national setting is Korea.

So many people had to change their national setting to keep using Youtube.

One of my friend, Kiyoung Choi chose Canada to be his cyber country.

Welcome Mr. Choi to Cyber Canada, and welcome everyone who chose Canada.
