MP’s report

A few days ago, I got something like flier in my mail box. That was the report of Pat Martin who is the Member of Parliament, House of Commons, for Winnipeg Centre.

It was very strange to me. I have never received anything like that for my entire life in Corea, over thirty years!

In Corea, the politics and its system are very bad. All the politicians try to deceive the people – they say many things before the election day but they just disappear after that.

I got pretty much impression about this report. Corean politicians must become like Canadian ones.

  1. Dear Jemyoung Leigh,Thank you for saying this. I hope you find the Canadian system of politics to be honest and responsible.
We have our problems but most MP’s I know are sincere and decent people trying to do their best to build a great country.
I hope you will get involved in the political process and vote when you are able. The system is only as strong as the good people who participate.
    Best regards,
    Pat Martin MP
