Different A4 paper size

I came to know by chance that the same A4 paper size is different in Korea and in Canada. Well, it was not by chance but I came to know it naturally because I mixed both papers.

So I measured it by a ruler.

Corean A4: 21cm x 29.7cm

Canadian A4: 21.6cm x 27.8cm

The ruler is made in China, so the result may not be correct, 🙂

  2. Hello, that was my misunderstanding.

In Corea (or Korea) we use A4 paper size and its dimension is 21cm x 29.7cm as is written above.

But the thing which I wrote Canadian A4 was not actually A4. It was Letter size paper.

And of course, Letter size is different from A4, and FYI, in Corea almost no one use Letter size.

  3. Hi, It’s been a while since the post, but…
FYI, also in Japan, almost no one use Letter size in business.
Some snob ppl like to take their personal note on Letter size pad though. 🙂
